The location was ideal, with access to many attractions.
The room was not what I expected. It was tiny and dimly lit! It was VERY inconvenient as i had to use the stairs.

the staff was helpful. javier and oscar did everything to. they were super friendly, helpful, and professional. the hotel is lucky to have them. kudos also to karen and elena, their drinks were amazing!
the room lacked tea and coffee making facilities. i had to go up to the 9th floor every time i wanted a drink. there is no room service available.

My room faced the street and I noticed considerable noise at night. Also I found the lack of in-room coffee making facilities quite inconvenient for early mornings.

i am so grateful for my stay. the rooftop bars offered beautiful views. i appreciated the friendly service at the bars. the location was excellent and near transport links.
the window faced a courtyard and it was a bit dark.

The location was superb, providing easy access to many attractions. The room was always very clean (a big plus for me). The rooftop terrace offered a nice spot for relaxation, though I wished for a better selection of drinks.
I found the shower lacked hot water at times, a bit disappointing. Some staff members were not as friendly or helpful as I expected.
