amazing location friendly staff attentive service street noise basic breakfast missing coffee machine
The location was amazing directly on Gran Via I appreciated that. The staff were friendly and the service was attentive. I had a Superior Double or Twin Room and it was very clean it had everything I needed.
The street noise was noticeable in my room I found that a bit disruptive. The breakfast was quite basic it did not include many options. The room lacked a coffee machine I missed that.

helpful staff professional staff amazing drinks
the staff was helpful. javier and oscar did everything to. they were super friendly, helpful, and professional. the hotel is lucky to have them. kudos also to karen and elena, their drinks were amazing!
the room lacked tea and coffee making facilities. i had to go up to the 9th floor every time i wanted a drink. there is no room service available.

The location was convenient for reaching major attractions. The breakfast offered a good selection each morning .
My room faced the street and I noticed considerable noise at night. Also I found the lack of in-room coffee making facilities quite inconvenient for early mornings.

wonderful gran via stay
lovely room rooftop bar excellent location
i am so grateful for my stay. the rooftop bars offered beautiful views. i appreciated the friendly service at the bars. the location was excellent and near transport links.
the window faced a courtyard and it was a bit dark.

superb location clean room rooftop terrace hot water unfriendly staff slow refills
The location was superb, providing easy access to many attractions. The room was always very clean (a big plus for me). The rooftop terrace offered a nice spot for relaxation, though I wished for a better selection of drinks.
I found the shower lacked hot water at times, a bit disappointing. Some staff members were not as friendly or helpful as I expected.
